Durable Velocity Dyad Silver rims, Sapim Leader 2.0 Stainless steel Spokes, and Shimano RS400 Hubs. Good for 8-11 Speed Shimano style road cassettes, or you can use and 11 speed Shimano Style Mountain Bike Cassettes with the included spacer. 7 speed would require an additional 4.5mm spacer.

New Velocity Silver Dyad 36 Hole Rims – 18.6mm Inner Width, 24mm outer width, shaped like their A23 rims but thicker all around. Machined braking surface. We set out to build this wheelset for heavier riders, those who carry loads or those riding on terrible surfaces. We first built a custom set for a customer who did the EFI (Every F-ing Inch) ride in Africa, riding from the northern most point of the continent to the southern tip. He had zero issues with these wheels!
